High-efficiency Filtration: With a loose and porous fiber structure, it can effectively intercept particulate matters such as tar and nicotine in smoke (interception rate up to 30%-40%), while maintaining appropriate air permeability to balance taste and filtration efficiency.
Safety: It features stable chemical properties, does not react with smoke, releases no harmful substances when burned, and complies with food contact material standards.
Biodegradability: Compared with traditional cellulose acetate (which requires specific conditions to degrade), some modified tows can gradually decompose in the natural environment, reducing environmental pollution.
Process Characteristics: By adjusting the denier (a unit of fiber fineness) and bulkiness of the tow, filter tips with different filtration efficiencies can be customized (such as regular filters, menthol filters, etc.).
